We use a pressure cleaning system designed specifically for stone, tile & grout surfaces. Our Tile and Grout Cleaning process power washes the tile and grout to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure up to 1,200 PSI with hot steam to soften and extract years of soil, mold and contaminants. Of course once the grout is clean it should be protected with a clear or color sealer.

Broken, Hollow and Cracked Tile Repair
When tiles become hollow usually the thin set has disappeared underneath floor tiles. When you walk across these tiles you can hear a hollow sound. It is important to have hollow tiles repaired. Eventually hollow ties will crack or break. Stone Medic has a process to place a concrete bonding material under the tiles without removing the tiles. After this process the tiles will be as solid as they when new.
Broken and Cracked tiles can be removed and replaced with new tiles. Our trained craftsmen can cut the old tile and replace it with a new tile.
