NOBODY CLEANS STONE, TILE & GROUT BETTER
Pre-Treatment
First, we apply a mild solution to the floor and allow it to soak for approximately 30 minutes. We agitate the grout lines by meticulously hand scrubbing each and every grout joint to loosen accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepare the surface for our cleaning process. The cleaning solution does not produce any harmful fumes, and ordinary ventilation removes the mild scent within minutes of completion of the job.
Turbo Pressure Cleaning
We use a pressure cleaning system designed specifically for stone, tile & grout surfaces. Our cleaning process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure up to 1,200 PSI with hot steam to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants. The combination of the cleaning solution, water pressure, steam heat, and suction removes most stains. Of course once the grout is clean it should be protected with a clear or color sealer.
Clear Sealing - Penetrating
After we clean the floor and allow it to dry, we seal the floor with our impregnating sealer. The tile & grout floor absorbs the sealer into its pores, creating a barrier against future staining. The sealer does not change the appearance of the floors by adding a shine or luster. Instead, it preserves the natural beauty of the surface.

Grout Color Sealing
Even after a detailed thorough cleaning, sometimes there are still areas that don't look new. No matter how dirty the stained grout can be restored, with grout color, to new again. ,. Even floors with permanent stains can be brought back to a new look. We can completely change grout to the color of your choice. This process seals and colors the grout in one process. It does not affect tile. Color sealing grout significantly reduces the maintenance required to preserve the beauty of the tile.
